Removethe engine hangers if this helps. Go under the car and drain the oil using the sump plug. Undo the 2 x 10mm bolts that hold the bottom of the exhaust manifold to the front pipe. Then undo the 3 x 13mm nuts that hold this to the front pipe and put the Triangular gasket somewhere safe.
