If you bought the Complete Edition from Steam then you are getting no DLC but two separate game entries in the games library - one for the base game ("Grand Theft Auto IV") and the other for the standalone compilation of the two expansions ("Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City"). Posted September 15, 2021. I have used 1.0.4.0 and it was like hell. I would constantly change my commandline.txt as well as my settings and see if my mods have corrupted the game. However I do suggest you to use 1.0.7.0 which is a much more stable version that also has tons of mods that are supported with the verison (EXCEPT ENB/GRAPHICAL MODS).
This mod pack is only for the Steam version of GTA 4. GTA IV Ultimately Beautiful Edition is 7.8GB in size, and you can download it from here . hip63 is also working on version 2.0 which will add
Make a folder called "DLC". Inside it, create two more folders called "TLAD" and "TBOGT". Now inside for each one, create yet another folder named "content". Now go to your ELFC game dir. Then copy everything what's inside of TLAD and TBOGT folders into the "content" folder of the respective DLC.
