Looking to upgrade our family's iphone 12's for 14's and want to make sure I understand the pros/cons of each route: If I go through Apple, it looks like they give me a $320 credit for the iphone 12, and then if choose financing through Verizon, Verizon will bump the total trade in value to $800, but give me the difference ($800 - $320 = $480

The iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro have extremely efficient A13 Bionic chipsets, powerful battery and exceptional cameras so why should you upgrade to iPhone 12 is something to consider seriously. This doesn’t mean that iPhone 12 isn’t a good upgrade, it certainly is, but only as much that you can easily hold off for at least another year.
Iphone xr same issue. And my friend has a brand new iphone 11 (bought 1st hand just a couple of days) and is experiencing the same issue. It also gets very laggy as if i had 1% battery and it was struggling but i could be at 90%. I hope this gets fixed soon tbh
